
Mint team’s leader Clement Lefebvre have just announced the new name of the upcoming Linux Mint 15. Its going to be called “Olivia“. The Latin meaning of the word is “olive tree”. It’s the symbol of ”fruitfulness, beauty, and dignity”.
On April, we will get Ubuntu 13.04. Then, Linux Mint 15 will be released on May, which will be based on Ubuntu 13.04. Currently, there are no big changes planned for Mint 15 like the previous releases of Mate, Cinnamon and Nemo. But, with the development of Ubuntu 13, we might see some good features coming to Linux Mint.

- MATE
- KDE
- Xfce
