#1. Ink Getting Dried-Up Really Fast
The printer ink generally gets dried-up because of 2 reasons, either you haven’t used your printer since long time or you have used a low quality printer ink other than the company’s ink. This is general problem in almost all printers regardless whether you are using inkjet or laser printers.
- One of the best thing that you can do is to switch-0n your printer at regular intervals like make sure you don’t leave your printer without using it for longer duration, try to switch it on and take around 1 or 2 dummy print-outs, which helps us to keep it active.
- Though the company ink costs high, but still it is highly reliable. So, never rely on low quality ink. This is one of the major rule that never rely on low quality printer ink.
#2. Ink dots are appearing on the outputs
This is yet another problem that you’ll face with the printer ink. This probably occurs due to dust or lack of ink quality. If you find the ink dots on your outputs, you need to change the ink in your cartridges as early as you can, else it might lead to change of entire cartridge.
#3. Outputs are really light or having horizontal lines
This is yet another reason that annoys us a lot. It might be because of clogged print head. It is a common problem that occurs in the inkjet printers, but a rear case with laser printers. It can be because of drying out of ink as well. Generally, you printer’s utility program can solve this issue, but it is always suggested to consult your near-by support staff to inspect the issue.
Thus, these are the 3 major issues that annoy your printing experience because of the ink.
