As you already know, Advanced System Care is one of the most popular system maintenance suits in the world. It’s very simple, easy to use, light on resources and does a really good job! That’s the past… In the future, things are going to get better…
Until they released Advanced System Care 4, the program used a boring old interface for years. But after the 4th version, things started to change… IObit accelerated their release cycles, added more cool features, and made some very important decisions like joining hands with Bitdefender which made their software more and more powerful. So now, they are moving forward to the 6th version! Just released the Beta version…
From the first look you’ll notice that it have a whole new design. The user interface is really cool. Like the previous version, we don’t have several themes to choose but they will surely add some for the final release. If you look closer, you’ll notice that it’s not only the look but they have also made it more user-friendly. The program now have 2 modes. Expert Mode and the Simplified Mode. It starts with the Simplified Mode which hide most of the big details from the user. Only some of the tasks are selected for the scan. If you turn on the Expert Mode, you’ll be able to experience the full power of the software.
The new ASC 6 now comes with a browser plugin which will help you stay away from bad sites. It will clearly mark the site’s state in your search results.
Apart from those new features, all the other systems have received major upgrades. Now everything does their job better than the earlier version. Like I said, it’s not just the looks… There are a lot of internal tweaking and new core features added to make things better and faster.
So, if you want to test it out on a test machine, be my guest and download Advanced System Care 6 beta! But be careful… This version is still under development and it is not stable. Many things can go wrong. So install it if you know what you are doing!
