Evernote, the kick-butt notetaking application has taken yet another step. You must have heard about Evernote since it’s the best out there to take notes easily and synchronize them in many platforms. Ever since seeing the brilliant Evernote web interface I have being drooling to get it live on the desktop version too. And finally it’s out.
The new Evernote has couple of cool features I really like.
Sharing Note directly from Evernote
Now you can share notes easily with Evernote Desktop version too. It’s an easy way rather than to use the Facebook notes. This was one of the most missed features since Evernote Web version had it.
You can,
- Email the note
- Share on Facebook and Twitter
- And get a Direct URL to Clipboard to share via any other social network
Slick nice Interface
They have made couple of changes to the interface. Look at the main taskbar. It is now combined with the notes’ action bar.
Directly Share a Whole notebook
Sharing a whole notebook is really easy with new Evernote because a special panel is dedicated for it.
Except for these features there are some other features that are really useful.
- Displaying the word count for the note by enabling it via the View menu option.
- Find and replace option that will really help us
- Spellchecker now has the change all option to correct all the spelling mistakes
What do you think about the new Evernote? Have you been using it for a while? What are your favorite options in it? Let’s hear your responses…
