Squidoo too is a great way to obtain a lot of traffic to your site. Try it out and see.
IM
Skype and AIM are great because Skype support great video calls and AIM can be integrated with Gmail chat and Facebook chat.
Hootsuite
Is the tool to manage multiple profiles in many services. It supports Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN, Ping.fm , MySpace and many other. Use it help social nightmares.
