BlueGriffon
Hope you had an exciting New Year and it’s time to get back to work energetically. BlueGriffon is a graphical HTML editor when you need to create simple web pages without having to use extensive framworks or databases. It’s rather a time-saving plus fun experience to create and edit HTML pages in its editor.
BlueGriffon can be easily downloaded from their download page. Note that you’ll have to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable package.
Having built upon the Firefox rendering engine, you must be very familiar with the Error Console and DOM explorer. You can even extend its capabilities by adding new plugins as well. The Markup Cleaner which can be found at Tools menu is quite useful when it comes to minify-ing your HTML code.
Home Screen
CSS styles manager is also quite handy as you can simply add them with just a few clicks without having to code them all the way! Almost all the HTML elements ranging from tables to media are there.At the time of writing there was no way to manage multiple pages. Hopefully, They’ll add that functionality to it soon.

You can always install more plugins and extentions from the Tools menu and the tweaking part is under the Preferences menu.
Verdict
What we like: Easy to use, decent time-saver.
What we don’t like: The GUI lags sometimes, limited options(yet)
Although this requires knowledge of HTML, this can be also used newbies. BlueGriffon is available for both Linux and Windows!
